Inspect
Inspect is a TCAD plotting and analysis tool for xy data,
such as 1D doping profiles and terminal characteristics of
semiconductor devices. Its script language and library of
mathematical functions allow users to compute using curve data,
and to manipulate and extract data from simulations.
This module is a basic introduction to the features of Inspect.
